Combed cotton has the short fibres removed before spinning, so the surface is smoother and the white is cleaner than on the carded Heavyweight. Regular through the chest, set-in sleeve, a body 3 cm longer than most so it stays in. The collar is a two-ply rib that recovers after being pulled over your head for a year.

White cotton yellows if it is dried in direct sun or washed with softener. Neither is a fault, both are avoidable.
