Free from €90,00, €5,90 under it. 30 days to send back anything unworn. 2 years on every seam.
Everything is packed and posted from Haarlem. An order placed before 14:00 Amsterdam time on a working day leaves the same afternoon; after that, the next morning. We do not ship at weekends or on Dutch public holidays, and we say so here rather than quietly adding a day.
The tracking email goes out when the label is printed, which is a few hours before the first scan. An empty tracking page on the first evening is normal.

Prices on the site include VAT for EU addresses. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway they do not include import duty or local VAT, which the carrier collects from you on delivery. We would rather you read that here than on the doorstep.
A paper mailer or a card box, paper tape, and the garment folded in a single band of paper. No plastic bag, no tissue, no card with a discount code. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack it fully and send the picture with the order reference.
You have 30 days from the day the parcel arrives to send back anything you do not want, for any reason or none. That is longer than the 14 days EU law gives you, and the 14 days still apply if you prefer to rely on them.
The piece needs to be unworn and unwashed. Trying it on and walking round the flat is fine; a night in it is not. Socks can only come back in their unopened band.
There is no separate exchange process, because it would be slower than the alternative: return the first, order the second. If the size you want is running low, say so in the email and we will hold one.
Cloth rarely fails first. What fails is a cuff, a hem, a seam or a drawcord. So for 2 years from the day it arrives, if the construction of any piece fails under normal wear and the care on its page, we repair it where we can and replace it where we cannot, and we pay postage both ways.
Covered: seams, hems, cuffs, ribbing, waistbands and elastic, drawcords and their channels, buttons and buttonholes, pocket bags, the hand-linked toe seam on socks.
Not covered: pilling, shrinkage within the figure on the product page, colour softening on garment-dyed pieces, fading from sun, felting from a wash above 30 °C or a dryer, snags and pulls, holes worn through at a sock heel after prolonged wear, and moth damage. Those are the fibre doing what the page said it would do.
We do not ask for a receipt. Tell us roughly when it arrived and what happened, with a photograph, at hello@lazysundayhaus.com.
If something arrives with a fault or damaged in transit, send a photograph. We pay the postage both ways and replace it, or refund it if you would rather.
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under EU or Dutch consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Our 30 days and 2 years are in addition to those, not instead of them.
